I was looking at all of my
She-Ra model sheets the other day and wondered what
Bow would look like without his mustache, paying homage to his toy incarnation. Obviously the toy was slightly different as he wore a headband, but I have to say I think Bow looks pretty cool without any facial hair!

Looks like a short-haired, redheaded version of Prince Adam. :)
Both versions of Bow, shown here, look much younger than the version of Bow featured in "Bow's amazing shot #1," from earlier on this month!
Thanks for posting and reading! God Bless...

It was from the era where just about every male had a mustache. In TV and media, this was greatly excelled by the popularity of 'Magnum p.i.'.
If anyone is familiar with the Stephen J. Cannell series 'Riptide' (1984-6), check out the character of Cody Allen - I always thought he was a dead ringer for Bow!!
(Anyone get the impression that I'm an '80s TV nut?!) =)
I like it, do I preffer the moustache... it gives him a classic hero feel... I never understood why his brows were black, maybe it was easier for the production to keep those lines as part of the main model lines, I guess it did save a lot of work (and looked more prolific)in the far out shots.
Now having this and the later image that you posted with the early shot of Bow with a beard. It would be cool to see beard put onto him!
